Return & Exchange Policy
übbs nicotine pouches are delivered by MyVapery. If you need to return or exchange a product, you can visit any MyVapery store across the UAE, call the MyVapery customer care helpline at 800 69 800, or email us at customerservices@ubbspouches.ae for assistance.
Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
- Unopened products purchased online or from MyVapery stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds for purchases made by credit or debit card will be processed only to the same card used for the transaction. Alternatively, cash refunds are available for in-store purchases.
